We have a friend who buys, renovates and then sells homes. She is an expert in her craft. She recommended Herberth to me and we could not be happier. We have 3 large Goldens who had managed to mutilate the bedroom carpeting. Diaz came late morning on a Saturday and finished by dinner time that day. We used LVP in the bedroom and adjoining sitting room. It is an almost perfect match to the existing flooring. The Team was so very nice, lots of smiles, and, wow, did they work hard!! I cannot say enough about Herberth and his team, but should we decide to put flooring on the stairs and upper floor, I’m calling Diaz Hardwood Floors!!
Mr. Diaz and his crew did an amazing job at our house. We had some existing hardwood floors we wanted to refinish and we also had him install new hardwoods in 3 other rooms and a hallway.

We recently had Diaz Hardwood Floors come in and renovate our first floor. We had this house built back in 05 and moved in January of 06, and the hardwoods were shot from our dog about a year in. With 2 small kids, we left it knowing it’d get torn up more and only recently opted for a change.
We had wanted to put in all new engineered flooring, but when Heberth Diaz came in and saw it, he shook his head. He said he’d install whatever we wanted, but he recommended keeping the hardwood we had, installing matching wood in the other rooms, and stitching them together (and it would cost less). So we had them tear our 3 rooms of carpet (dining, living and family rooms), and replace it with the same oak hardwood we had in adjacent rooms (red oak, builder grade). They fixed some areas that were done poorly by the builder, a few areas that had water damage from original construction, then sanded, stained and finished it in a darker color with a Satin finish.
We couldn’t be happier, and I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was working with them. Their crews showed up when they said they would, were polite and finished on time (start to finish the entire process took 4 days). And they worked with us on the estimate to fit within our budget (he also gave us multiple options for colors / finishes / materials / etc). We had a couple very minor things we wanted changed, and they wouldn’t let us pay until it was exactly as we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Great Refinishing and New Hardwood Install. Diaz’s team was so easy to work with, low pressure, and very affordable. They did a great job of refinishing our original hardwoods, removing our carpets, and then installing new Hardwoods in our living room. The guys were respectful to us and the environment as they worked hard to get things perfect. They worked very quickly as well. The best part is that our newly installed floors blend perfect with the originals. No one would even guess that we previously had carpet. I’m so grateful that I found them for our floor remodeling. My next door neighbor used them as well and were very happy with their results! We are looking forward to having them remodel some flooring upstairs in the near future. Thanks again guys! I love my hardwoods even more now!

I’ve had 35 years of contractor, and Construction Management experience…and these guys are GOOD! Showed up on schedule. Laid the premium vinyl plank flooring with precision and pride in their work. Price was VERY competitive. I will have Mario’s team back to do the kitchen floor right after the cabinets go in. !!!

Outstanding craftsmanship!!!! We would highly recommend Diaz Hardwood Floors!! We don’t know where to start with our praises -they were neat, honest, odorless, dustless, professional and fast! And we didn’t have to move out of our house like the other floor companies told us we would. We had a section of damaged floors so they needed to be repaired. Since we had a do over, we decided to go a lot darker. They repaired the damaged area and you can’t tell where it was. Heberth spent a lot of time with us to create the look we wanted. He was very patient and went the extra mile for us mixing different stains until we were satisfied with the end result. We have had the floors over 7 mos now and they still look brand new. We receive lots of compliments and we are so appreciative of all the hardwork from Heberth and his crew!!
